What I really appreciate is that the temp display actually reflects what's happening inside. Set it to a certain degree and it holds there consistently through the whole cycle. For making jerky safely that reliability matters a lot to me.
the 650 watts comes through when you load it up fully. i've had it packed with mango slices on every tray and it still maintains the set temp without struggling. the timer counts down clearly so i always know how much time is left without having to open it.
