250W Infrared R40 Heat Lamp Bulb for Outdoor Spaces
Consistent Warmth Every Day
This 250W infrared R40 bulb provides focused radiant heat designed for outdoor fixtures, patios, pergolas, and semi-open spaces. Instead of heating the surrounding air, it delivers directed infrared warmth to people and surfaces below, making it effective for open or breezy environments. The wide reflector shape spreads heat across seating and activity areas, supporting comfortable outdoor use during cooler conditions.
Designed for Effective Heating
The red-tinted glass directs infrared energy downward while minimizing visible glare, creating a warm and comfortable outdoor atmosphere. A broad 120° flood beam distributes heat evenly over larger areas compared to narrow spot lamps. The reflective R40 design helps concentrate radiant output where it’s needed most, making it suitable for covered patios, gazebos, and outdoor ceiling-mounted fixtures.
Installation and Daily Use
The bulb installs easily into standard E26 medium base sockets. It operates on 120V power and is compatible with dimmer controls, allowing adjustable heat output based on weather and comfort needs. Thick glass construction supports frequent on/off cycles and temperature changes, providing dependable performance with an operating life of up to 6,000 hours.
